| General Information Here is some general but important information about the event and the race site. -Registration will take place inside the exhibition hall of the visitors centre, the hall is easy to find and there will be signs directing you. - Use of both male and female changing facilities has been provided should they be required, for further information see any member of staff at the centre or any NEBMX club official. -Besides the normal race classes we will be holding an Old School as well as MTB class, entry to each is £5 and there will be trophies for the winners -A cafe supplying drinks and food is also located inside the visitors centre, there will be trade stands in the area outside the entrance. -All vehicles must be parked in the car park at the visitors centre, access to track side is limited to officials and ambulances only. Please do not park in a way that may obstruct any entrances or exits -Entrances to the track can be found directly behind the adventure play ground or by using the second entrance gate from the access road. Due to the location of the first entrance and its proximity to the finish line no riders or members of the public are permitted to use this gate -The pens are being located directly behind the start gate, please remember it is a short ride from the car park to the track and arrive in good time before your moto. -First Aid provisions are being supplied both at the Visitors centre and on track side, look out for Ambulance parked by finish line. -All spectators are advised not to stand inside areas marked out by orange netting, several of the burms at the track have drops behind them and are not safe areas to view the race. -Try to remember Summerhill is a multiuse site and frequently used by other groups, particularly horse riders. Please pass any horse riders with due care and use all access roads in a safe and proper manner. - Parents of children are advised not to allow them to play un-supervised on the boulder park adjacent to the track as some of the features are dangerous. |
